Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with all original tags attached, into their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
